So jealous of your asparagus, Trixxee!
Ramen was a good call tonight. And the beef and broccoli was a perfect use of the "tail" of my tenderloin. Delicious!

Thursday's Dinner - 2/2/17??
What's for dinner today??
Running around day for me, so probably more cleaning out of the freezer.

I took out a package of turkey and stuffing from the freezer, so I will warm that up and roast some Brussel sprouts. Going out for the day with my sister, so not much time to cook.

I am going to roast some "peruvian" style drumsticks and thighs. Steamed carrots on the side.
For lunch, grilled salmon and zucchini.
I have to brag about Tony-he's lost 13 pounds in 3 weeks. I've only lost 5 but it's the most weight I've dropped in YEARS. Hoping to keep it up.
I'll tell though, a donut sounds fabulous right now.

Thanks Jean! Sometimes it's not so hard, sometimes it is. The hardest for me personally is cutting back on wine, but it must be done. And when I say cut back, I don't mean cut out.

That sounds so good, Daphne. Must put that on the list.
Way to go, Trixxee! I would be very proud of a 5 lb. weight loss! Now, to buckle down...

T.G.I.F. Dinner - 2/3/17??
What's for dinner today??
I brought home a lot of calamari from lunch yesterday, so plan on topping a Thai noodle salad with it and the other half of Roy's huge sausage sandwich will be a couple of sliders later. Easy day....we have a plumber coming - found a leak near the tub.

Something with large shrimp, that's as far as I've gotten. Maybe C@H's chipotle shrimp bisque.
