Anova in the big leagues

HERE is the link. Anova has made a deal to become part of Electrolux. That's really bringing sous-vide cooking into the major leagues.

400 thousand Anova units were sold in 2016! That's pretty exciting!

Sally, so nice to "see" you again! Welcome back!

I don't have one of these toys (yet) but do enjoy learning about it from all of you who do.

Hi, Sally!  Welcome back!

Like Maryann, I don't have one, yet, but I look forward to playing eventually!  So I'm taking notes!

Great for the trailer, Daphne! It's small & doesn't take up much space

Yes, I'm that Sally.  It's great to be back.  I've been busy with grandchildren - downsizing (which almost did me in) a couple of medical issues.  Now that I look at that list it doesn't seem like much - but I have time now to check in with all of you.

My son wanted to try the sous vide.  The first mistake was not putting uniform pieces in.  We tried chicken - about 80% successful.
