Oh, I'll bet that is a fun cd to listen to! I'm not exactly up to date on country music, but Willie's son is also performing and is supposed to be very talented as well. We are blessed with a gorgeous weather day, 76 degrees and low humidity. Couldn't ask for better.

I think this is going to be a burger night. Have some ground beef to use up and the weather seems to be cooperating for grilling later. Have a taste for a good caesar salad, so that will probably be the side.

Yum, Burgers! Always a winner. I've got some ground beef to use up also, but I'm going with the Salisbury Steak French Onion Soup.

We're going to do a roasted chicken since they are on sale. I''ll do it on a beer can rack in the oven so most the skin can get crispy. Roasted diced sweet potatoes and brussels sprouts on the side (not sure how I'm going to prepare those yet).
