Leftover beer can chicken, sweet potatoes and brussels sprouts but there aren't many vegetables left so I may make a small salad on the side too.

Another busy day, so dinner was grilled cheese and tomato soup.

Tuesday's Dinner 9/19/17

I think that Jean might be busy today, so I'm going to start the dinner thread. We had some pork to use up, so I cubed it and made city chicken to cook later today. Redskin mashed potatoes on the side, along with frozen peas. Comfort food for a dreary day....

Thank you Maryann.
Dreary day here also, so it's comfort food for dinner. Lasagna with mini-meatballs and garlic bread.

Trying for those leftovers again tonight.  Last night we just weren't that hungry so we had a small piece of pumpkin pie with whipped cream.

Last night (Monday) was doctored frozen gluten free pizza and a salad.  I was a cheesey wonderful pizza with pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts

Tonight is pasta.  I have a jar of really good roasted garlic pasta sauce to play with - some hot Italian sausage, mushrooms & Italian peppers, some gluten free pasta and gluten free baguette for garlic bread.  We'll have a salad on the side.
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!
