Is everyone still doing this? Where is Labs?

I guess this bombed. Cr@p. I don't know where Labs is.

Sorry. Have been busy with some new items for the market.

Was expecting more activity on this, but there's still time before the 30th.

So far, we have:
  • Reimagined Thanksgiving leftover
  • Almonds
  • Popcorn
  • Bacon
That list still has the possibility of making either a savory or sweet dish, so my ingredient will still keep it that way.

I'll choose zucchini.

Hmmmm. I am going to have to get this done in the next couple of days. My kitchen is going to be made "road ready" by Wednesday!

Not only that, we may not have any Thanksgiving leftovers left by the 30th.

I have an idea already and shall probably try it sometime between tomorrow and Tuesday.

If I had zucchini I'd play with this tonight. I have some ideas too - time is my only enemy.

Okay then, it sounds like our dinner challenge is on. I have my idea planned and will probably make it on Sunday.

Done. Actually, it worked out very well but, of course, the full review must wait.

On the subject of leftovers, though (but not what I did for the Mystery Box), one other thing I'm going to do is to use some pre-Thanksgiving ham leftovers and Thanksgiving turkey leftovers to make Monte Cristos.
