You know, I'm so envious! I really have to get Ron on board with the whole idea of breakfast for dinner!
That sounds so yummy.
We are having an Instant Pot corned beef, which seems so out of season for this 93 degree day! Actually, we will have sandwiches on rye bread with a side of coleslaw, but still it seems weird. Anyway, Ron had a taste for it and bought it so dinner it is!

Too funny Maryann. It is really hot here also. I made BLTs instead of the pancakes.
