We went out for dinner with friends to a local family owned Italian restaurant. I had Eggplant Parm with a side of spaghetti, Ron had Veal Parm. This restaurant makes a wonderful house salad/dressing and their own homemade Italian bread. I made a batch of pizzelles this afternoon and had everyone over for coffee afterwards.

You two are killing me your food sounds so good.

We found some huge artichokes the other day, I put them in the IP with lemon, lemon thyme, oregano, garlic . . . 15 minutes at high pressure, QR and OMG.  I doctored some mayo with lemon zest and juice.  Perfect dinner, especially after we finished the last of the Italian Pot roast for lunch.

That's great, Sharon. You are using it for a lot more than I do and I've had mine for 3 years!

Thinking about making BLT's tonight. It's another day in the 90's and nothing else sounds good right now.

Ugh on the heat. We are so blessed to be here where it's cool and beautiful.

I love the fact that I can whip up a meal in a few minutes, especially when I'm undecided at 6 o'clock.
