MMMMMMMMM.  Bob is grilling burgers, we have sauteed onions/jalapenos & bourbon to go on top with tomato & pepperjack cheese.  Tater Tots are in the oven.

Thought about changing plans . . . one of our renters dropped off 2 Dungeness crabs!  Tomorrow!
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!

We had burgers also, kind of like a McDonalds Quarter Pounder.

Yum! Dungeness Crab. I can't wait to see what you do with them.

I can't wait either.  Crab Loui?  Crab Cakes?  warm Crab with butter and a nice salad.  A steak and crab?  So many choices.

My first thought was Steak Oscar. Big Grin  My wife would insist on Crab Cakes.
