We had grilled porterhouse steaks and I tried a new recipe for baked cauliflower that was really tasty. You put the cauliflower pieces in a bag, pour in some oil and mix it all around, then add a mixture of seasoned breadcrumbs, grated Parm, garlic powder and a little bit of salt. Bake 425 for 20-30 minutes, tossing it around halfway through.
For dessert, we had Jean's recipe for cream cheese ice cream with some frozen strawberries on top. Yum. Yum.

Mmmmmmmmm . . . Taco Tuesday!
Oh Maryann that cauliflower sounds good. Might have to give that a try.
Tonight was "planned over" night. Pasta from the other night and another salad with Little Gem Romaine, Frisee, cantalope, and parm shreds. I made a simple vinaigrette. I think it's our new favorite salad.
