Cooking Question

Re: RE: Cooking Question by Harborwitch (Exactly!  Meat actua...)
Something different: I've mixed salt, pepper, garlic powder, ancho-chili powder and paprika into my coffee jelly and used it as a glaze on ribs.  Recently, one of my customers tried it, as well, and loved it. She also said that they had some glaze left and would be trying it on chicken wings. Should probably hear back from her in another week or two.

Do you buy or make the coffee jelly? This sounds intriguing and I'd love to try it.

The jelly is something about which I posted a few years ago, when I discovered it in Guatemala. Now that I'm back in the States, I'm making it myself and it has been selling very well.
If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?
