Good Morning
I am am going to make Pork Provencal with fennel in foil and tomato butter sauce Issue 27 June 2001.
I do not have the picture of how to plate it, can someone be so kind as to send a pic, also if anyone has made this what did you serve with it or any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am so sorry no one has gotten back to you!  

I don't have a picture but I can describe; the vegetables are on the bottom and two slices are laid on top kind of overlapping.  I would serve with crusty French bread.  

Thank you for bringing this up, it sounds so good.  I will try to be more vigilant about checking here.

You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!
