This was a recipe from long ago if anyone has made it can you please tell me what you served with it besides the toasted fennel. Pork Provencal , Fennel in foil with Tomato butter sauce

Nanci that looks like such a lovely dish, I can't believe I haven't made it - it's going on the menu soon.
I know it just shows it being served with the fennel, but I would serve it over polenta.
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!
