Smoking meat

  Re: (...)
I've always done my pulled pork and smoked meat the day of serving. I'm sure it wouldn't be a big deal to do it the day before to save time,....BUT I'm not sure how to reheat it the next day to make it taste like it's fresh. Anybody know....Billy?? LOL

Will you be having any sauce with it? If it were me, I'd wrap it up (with some kind of sauce or liquid- beer(?) real tight and heat in a slow oven, or maybe a crockpot? Do you have a FoodSaver? That would be the best - seal it and simmer it just till heated thru.

Does that help any??
