SPICY SLAW DRESSING

Recipe By :a Chef's Journey recipe for the 2006 Windsor Fund Raiser Dinner


1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 T. garlic -- chopped
1 T. lemon juice -- fresh
1/4 T. parsley -- fresh, chopped
1/8 teaspoon wasabi paste -- or to taste
1/2 T. cilantro jelly -- or to taste
1/2 T. pickled ginger -- or to taste
cabbage

In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients till well blended.

The slaw - Blend together the dressing and the minced or shredded cabbage.

Yield:
"3/4 cups approx."
