My friend Maria [Lov2cook] sent me pictures of Katrina some time ago. I know the storm was a terrible thing, but the pictures are eerily beautiful. If you would like to see them, I will post them to my photobucket account so you may enjoy the beauty.

I'm with Roxanne on this...wow. The pictures are like something you'd see on a calendar or a photo journal. Then you reflect on the damage and lives lost and it's very humbling.

I don't know who took them PJ. She said a friend, but didn't say where they lived. I've had them for some time and always thought they were awesome.
