Remember in the Leek, Gruyere and Cream recipe I mentioned Applewood smoked Gruyere? At the store the other day I also found Applewood smoked mozzarella, provoline beside the Gruyere. I made one of my World Class casseroles today and when it comes out of the oven I'll spread the Mozzarella over it and stick it under the broiler a couple of minutes.

mmmmmmmmmmm....I'm going to have to find a closer cheese store. Mine is so far away that I don't go very often.

We will go to Mercer Cheese when you come Billy. It is just down the road from here, a little dump of a shop, with marvelous cheeses.

Albertsons is where I get the cheeses. They are the 2nd largest food chain in the US. Go to
www.albertsons.com and then click on their "store locator". You put your zip code in and they will give you their nearest location. Of course, I went to the one up by my lil' sis' house and it didn't have any of those cheeses
