Did I ever post my World Class casserole recipe for y'all? I know it's in the cookbook Jean has. It's a recipe for whatever leftover meat you might have, doesn't really matter what it is.

Which size box of pasta, BJ? 16 oz? Mr HB could eat this every night.

I have this already listed on my 'make for Mr HB Sr' when he arrives.

I use a 1 pound box/bag of pasta. My latest adventure with it was using bow-tie pasta and leftover ham. I have made this casserole sooooo many times, I could do it in my sleep. I've used elbow macaroni, egg noodles, whole wheat egg noodles, bow-tie, penne, lasagna, I can't remember them all. If you like it, it works It's one of the 800 pound gorilla's favorites.

I thought it was in the Share A Recipe cookbook, but when I checked the index it wasn't there.

I sure thought it was too, Billy! I could swear I got the recipe from the C2C book...I can easily find out when I get all my 'dinner' papers out. He's coming soon.
It will not be easy.
