Whilst perusing Issue 53, the duck issue, I came upon braised chicken with prunes and lemons and a couscous dish for a side. I had all that stuff in the house so we tried it. It wasn't bad, even tho prunes sounded like a weird addition to me, they tasted good with the chicken and lemon and green olives. The lemon/mint couscous was good too. The dinner was good but not really great so we give it 4Yums
On the other hand tonite I made Seafood Stirfry with eggplant, scallops and shrimp (from I don't recall which issue at the moment, but I'll go look if you need to know). This was out of this world tasty 8YUMS!! James was still muttering "Great dinner hon" as he went to bed early in order to get up to start the midnite shift.
