I am sooooo excited...I finally got my smoker in yesterday. It is made by Coolshack...expensive little sucker but the coolest thing about it is that we got a cold smoker attachment. Have anybody tried cold smoking cheese and fish? Would love to hear from you guys. Cannot wait to try it this weekend.

I'm not happy with the local pastrami and was considering smoking my own. If you try making any with your smoker, I'd be interested in hearing the results. Enjoy!

I've never done cold smoking either.....hmmmmmm.
But, I do have a Pastrami recipe around here - well, at home. Billy, was my Pastrami recipe in the mess you put on a disc for me, do you remember?????
