Sharon sent a jar of this home with us the other nite - it's wonderful.

We had it for lunch today with flatbreads, and three cheeses - Rogue Creamery Oregon Blue, Rogue Creamery Cheddar Chipotle and (BILLY!!) a Special Edition Vintage (aged 5 years) gouda. (We had a wonderful aged gouda with Billy at Vesta's last week). The jelly was great with the two cheeses, but I just ate the gouda as is!

As I'm typing this with Roy checking over my shoulder periodcally, we decided for breakfast we're going to split a baked potato topped with this jelly!!! YUM.
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

Glad you liked it! I was hoping to find a raspberry jalapeno but no such luck!
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!
