I was wondering if anyone had the recipe for the Asian Chicken with peanut sauce? Also some of you have mentioned that you are able to find in local stores? Where can you find them?

Grilled Asian Chicken w/ Peanut Sauce CAH Weeknight Menus 2
Preheat grill to med high. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Combine:
1 T soy sauce
1 T brown sugar
1 t peanut oil
½ t kosher salt
Toss with:
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5-6 oz each)
Grill 3-4 min per side, or until cooked through. Remove chick from grill and tent with foil while prepping other ing.
Cook: according to pkg directions, drain and return to pot:
8 oz dry spaghetti
Meanwhile, heat: in small saucepan over med heat, whisking.
1/2c chicken broth
1/4c peanut butter
2T brown sugar
2T rice vinegar
2Tfresh lime juice
1T soy sauce
1T fresh ginger, minced
1T chili garlic sauce
Bring to a simmer, cook 1-2 min. Off heat, add
1/2c minced fresh cilantro
Salt to taste.
Pour sauce over pasta, toss to mix.
Top each chix breast w/pasta, garnish with :
1/4c peanuts
Sambal (recipe follows)
Cuke Sambal
1c cuke, seeded and diced
1/2c scallions, thinly sliced
1/4c red bell pepper, diced
3T rice vinegar
1T sugar
1 t red pepper flakes
1/2t kosher salt
Toss all together.

Sounds great! There's something about these peanut sauces that is just addicting!
Hard to imagine such a peanut sauce without sesame oil, though.
If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?

Mine found me at Shop and Save (Hannafords), full price, of course
Actually, with the price of gas, I probably broke even instead of traveling the 30 miles to Sam's club.

My local grocery store had it yesterday, so I bought one (even though I ordered one online). $11.95 Cdn. Saw lots of great looking recipes in it!
