The Seattle Junior League cookbook "Celebrate The Rain"? I have been browsing through my mom's copy and I think I may need to get it. Some really great recipes.

Their first cookbook was called Simply Clasic and was also a good one - although I am not sure I have cooked anything from it. I know I would cook things in this one.

Billy - it even had your crock pot carmalized onions.

ohhhhh, haven't seen it, Erin - will keep my eye out when we hit the tourist spots. We finally got to Paulsbo and being Norwegian, you can imagine how much I enjoyed that - ready to go again!!
