Food safety question

  Re: (...)
I have a nice piece of Reggiano Parmesan that I accidently left out overnight. Should I toss it? The AC was on and it was about 78 in the kitchen. It seems that things like this are happen too often!

Thanks for any help.

No need to toss---just put back in fridge and all is good to go!!! Don't cha just LOVE parmesan??

WAY too expensive to throw out---cheese ages well....IMHO!

Great advice, Roxanne! I've left it out more than once.
Practice safe lunch. Use a condiment.

what if you are visiting and the host sneezes into the fridge?

I would suddenly lose my appetite and wonder how many times it had happened before.
