Re: (...)
Did anyone notice the new features on the board?
At the bottom of each thread is a spot for Quick Response.
Up at the top is not only My Home and Main Index but a calendar feature
And as I post this I can put this post on as a calendar event. This will be great for our Dinner Review Parties

thrilled with is that they've modified the search feature. Early this morning I searched the Chicken with preserved lemon thread and found it - then my computer froze and I had to reboot, and when I tried to find the same recipe I was informed that it would not search farther back than one month.
Anyway, I just googled a recipe and came up with this one.
http://www.recipeland.com/recipe_printab...5&id=15338which I modified to add garlic and substitute 1 1/2 cups of white wine (with saffron) for the sauce, and cut back the lemons by half and it was yummy.
My visiting son saw the jar of preserved lemons and almost threw it out, as I am notorious for giving leftovers a slow and painful death. We had a good laugh about it, but I don't know what I'd do, I've been brewing these lemons since July - he's much too big (6'3") for corporal punishment.

When I look to see who's on line, I'm the only one listed. Has everyone else changed their settings to invisible? Just wondering...
