If you have not started using the ziploc steaming bags, you might want to look into it before all the garden fresh produce is gone for the season.
Been having lots of great luck with these products.
Veggies, seafood, and such all work nicely in the little microwave steam bags.

Sam's Club was demo-ing them this past weekend with asparagus. It wasn't very good, so I took a pass on the new product.
I'll give it another look...

I am glad you are looking at them again. Sam's club rarely has demo personnel properly trained. But most people on Food Forums have good cooking skills and could use this product to their advantage.
It has been really helping my "down to one or two" people as they can use large more economical freezer packs and break them down for individual or couples use.
