Christmas Crunch

Saw this recipe on a honey coupon in this weekend's paper. Made it today for a tailgate party this afternoon and I think it is delicious. Thought some of you might like to try it for the holidays. Enjoy.

Christmas Crunch

2 cups crisp wheat cereal squares
2 cups crisp rice cereal squares
2 cups crisp corn cereal squares
2 cups crisp oat cereal squares
2 cups flaked coconut
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup pecan pieces
1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
½ cup butter
1 cup (12 oz.) honey

Line two large shallow rimmed baking pans (15x10x1) with aluminum foil or parchment paper; spray with cooking spray. Combine first 8 ingredients in very large bowl. In a 2 cup measure, microwave butter on high for 1 minute or until melted. Measure honey in same glass measure; whisk to combine. Drizzle over contents of bowl. Gently stir to coat cereal. Pour into pans and bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until coconut turns light golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool pans of crunch on wire racks. Break apart large pieces. Makes about 14 cups.
