Sounds great Sweetie! Jennifer just might like that too. I know Bob and I will. Thanks!

with minor modifications - sour cream instead of heavy cream. Brings me back to my Hungarian roots.

Was wondering if that was a possibility, Sally, maybe even going with a light sour cream.

Yep. Very similar to Paprikás Csirke. Sounds great.
If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?

Chicken Paprikash. Yum.

Billy, that is right up my ally!!! Served on broad egg noodles, I'd be a happy camper. Thank you!

Oh Billy, my mouth is watering. I am definitely going to try this during the week. Looks wonderful. My family loves rice too. I have heard of Paprikash, never really thought about what it was. I get it now = PAPRIKA. DUH

I love to make stuff I have heard of and never tried. A few years back I made Chicken Fricasee. I had remembered hearing the word 'fricasee' from Sylvester the cat a few times, perhaps even the Wiley Coyote mentioned it too while planning on cooking his Road Runner. The Fricasee turned out great and we love it.

This week we will have this recipe. Thanks!

Nah. Make it galuska, or at least the close cousin, spätzle.

Drool! Well, it looks like it's time for me to make some Chicken Paprikas again!

(As if I really needed an excuse.)
