Cheese Do Dahs

These are from our friend Half-Baked Jan:

Cheese Doo Dahs

1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup plain all purpose flour
1/2 stick butter (softened)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
1 cup rice krispies

Mix all well (I use my hands as it seems to be the best way to get it blended well)roll into small balls bake 350 for 9 ~ 11 minutes. They are really better right out of the oven (cooled enough to eat).
Don't wait too long to tell someone you love them.

What a blast from the past. I used to make these, it was a recipe from James Barber (The Urban Peasant). It called for Imperial cheese. Tasty little things!
Practice safe lunch. Use a condiment.

Those sound good for Football Sundays! Thanks for posting, it's printed and ready to go on the grocery list!
