I know that Erin has mentioned this recipe and thought I would make----YUMMM!!!

Peter is NOT a fan of any dish with cream/stroganoff in the ingredient/description list----sooooo SURPRISE!!!! I made it on a lark (yes, I had a backup plan) and he really enjoyed it----I was a bit astonished, to tell the truth, but also very pleased......thanks for the nudge, Erin!!!

I will make this again---per Peter's request...not as heavy as I thought it would be. I will cut back a bit on the spices though.....if you like spicey you are gonna love this!!!
