12 jalapenos
1 C lump crabmeat
1/2 C fresh corn kernals
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 oz goat cheese, softened
1/4 C scallions, chopped
juice of 1/2 lime
salt to taste
1/4 C crushed tortilla chips
1/4 t chili powder

Pre heat grill to med low
Cut off 1/3 of each jalapeno lengthwise and scrape out seeds and membranes, forming a canoe--leave stem on. Combine next seven ingredients well. Stuff each canoe with crab mixture--combine chips and chili powder and sprinkle on top.
Grill jalapenos, stuffing side up for 10 min or until charred, but still firm.

For heaven's sake - this is like a mystery basket, Bill!!
All those ingredients are what I put in my crab dip (hot) - how funny!! Love those flavors!

This is from CAH vol 64--Phil left his copy in his grocery basket--has all the ingredients and no recipe--don"t worry Phil--it happens to everybody!!

Ya i know stuff happens... But it is folks like you that help turn a problem into something that is better than what I started with. These poppers now have some great karmaSmile
