Re: (...)
for a recipe for a Carribean or Jamacian style for cooking a ham. I'm guessing it'll be baked but I'd like see what you all come up with. If it's before Issue 39, please post the recipe. Thanks in advance

¿Porqué no usa la receta cubana de Lechón Asado, como
esto?
De veras, el Lechón Asado es insuperable.
Why not use the Cuban recipe for
Lechón Asado such as
this?
Truly,
Lechón Asado is unbeatable.
P.S.: Even though that recipe is on a Cayman Islands website, it is one of the best
Lechón Asado recipes I have found on the Internet, and is the one I use. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

MMMmmm, that looks mucho yum labs! The mill gave us a ham for Christmas, it doesn't say fully cooked that I can see, but it's pink and I think it's cured. The writing on the wrapper is so tiny. Thanks for the link

I looked thru all the ham recipes but didnt' see anything that remotely matched what you are looking for. Still check thru some of the others.
