I had my doubts about this one, carrots are not my favorite thing and while I love oranges, I'm not crazy about them in dishes - savory. But this dish, from the latest issue (#67) is a wonderful combination. I know Sharon & Bob really liked it and I think someone else also, but it must be buried in another thread. I made this more for Roy, but I just loved it also - Sharon got her leftovers, but Roy spoke first, darn.



We'll certainly make this again.

This is on our menu for this week. Love every ingredient and am looking forward to making it -- maybe tonight.

This is one I am going to have to try, just because I don't think I will like it. I guess I want to prove myself wrong. I love braising things anyway. It is so satisfying and makes the house smell so good.
