Cook Bob - Welcome to the Forum. If someone doesn't come along with the recipe to post pretty soon, I can post it later this evening. Haven't tried that recipe myself.

I've made it about 4 times. Has been a hit each time. Easy to make while preparing the rest of dinner.

Here you go, Bob. When looking through this magazine, I don't think I've tried anything in it! Thanx for causing me to give it another look!

A HUGE welcome from me, Bob-----now how did I miss that one----maybe that I (we) am not a curry fan even though it is a BIG part of the menus here-----the cultures are huge fans of curry---any kind of curry dish!!!! Name it---it has curry!!!! You would love the ingredients available in our markets----TO DIE FOR!!!!!

I'll add my welcome also Cook Bob! I haven't tried curry, so I will have to add that to my things to try list! I need to make it a monthly thing I think. Try a new ethnic dish night! Nothing like a RAVE review like this one to motivate! Copied and pasted.
