For your new website. Yesterday, I had defrosted a couple of pork chops and wanted to do something different than usual. Went to your site and entered pork chops and up came Pan Roasted Pork Chops with Bourbon Sauce from Issue 33. These were wonderful. In fact my husband was gnawing at the bones and he never does that. Anyway, probably wouldn't have found that recipe without your help. Thanks again.
