This recipe calls for more liquid than the original which I didn't realize until this morning. So, when you take it out of the bowl to fold it over and let it rise, it's a LOT stickier! Makes it necessary to do the 10-15 times folding/kneading while adding/sprinkling more flour on it.
It looks like it's going to be just fine, but thought I should warn everyone.
