O.K., I'm a convert - tried out the two silicone 'pans' for some rhubarb bread this a.m. and they worked great. Just about the same browning capability as my other light mini-loaf pans. I think everyone on here who uses these have been happy, right?
Happier with the pans than the bread...an old recipe that has not stood the test of time.

I have a silicone castle bundt cake pan, and have only used it once, but the end result was almost identical to a regular bundt pan.
Haven't ventured any further than that, though.
Glad you had success!

I make banana bread often, and love the way it turns out in the silicone pan.
Practice safe lunch. Use a condiment.

I made mini corn muffins in mine (with pepperjack cheese) and I was pretty happy! I think I will try mini cupcakes for Bob's lunches.
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!
