Pea Shoots or Sprouts
#6
  Re: (...)
I've been thinking of planting some peas this year, but now, maybe the whole fence-line.... The following was in my Sante newsletter -
----
"The San Francisco Chronicle has reported on the newest spring trend hitting menus in the local area: pea shoots (sometimes called pea sprouts, because chefs prefer to use the younger, more tender shoots).

At San Francisco's R&G Lounge, the greens are served stir-fried with garlic cloves, allowing them to retain their crunchy texture and sweet taste.

Out the Door, at Westfield San Francisco Center, also offers the shoots stir-fried, but chooses caramelized shallots and a bit of fish sauce to create a sweet and savory profile that plays off the vegetables natural qualities."
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

I could really use some pea shoots...

...to chase away the pigeons that gather on the patio.
If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?

I don't think I've ever had them. If you cut off the shoots, will the plant continue to produce more? Both methods of prep sound good! I may have to dig up the front lawn .
Practice safe lunch. Use a condiment.

Don't you mean 'pea shooter'??? OOOOOOps, I didn't say that.
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!
