I have this foccacia recipe that I have had a great deal of luck with, but have not been successful with the Italian Bread recipes I've tried. I think I'm going to just use the foccacia recipe and form into loaves instead of the usual "flat" way. Will this work? TIA

I'm pretty sure it will turn out fine. I've even seen foccocia bread "loaves" at Giant Eagle. Either way, I'm sure it will be good. I don't think I've ever had a bad loaf of homemade bread.

I tried it, and it worked! I post pics tomorrow. They were beautiful! I forgot to slash them, but they didn't split and turned out great! I can't wait to toast them for my Caesar Burgers!

There's a special recipe for foccacia? I've always used pizza dough. I just make sure that it rests overnight in the fridge so it's not tough.
