Oh boy, does that look like comfort food! (The casserole, I mean) How's that new stove working? Are you loving the convection oven?

This cookbook is a true labor of love and goes for a wonderful cause. The recipes are good, tried and true meals by the contributors. I know I will be ordering at least two more for stocking stuffers.

The first it was available was when we cooked in Colorado a few years ago. I bought 5 as presents and of course had the one that everyone signed set aside and one to use & get dirty. That one went somewhere so all I have left is the signed copy. Print out the post with the index, the book doesn't have one included. I had to print out a new one this morning, guess the old one walked with the other copy.
Don't wait too long to tell someone you love them.

The indexes (can't remember the plural) are included with the books now Billy! No one needs to print out the index.

And the next printing they will be incorporated in the book itself.

Is that casserole the one from Mike Rodman - Checken & Leek Casserole? I love that one also.
