Tapenade Recipe
#6
  Re: (...)
My sister Carol had a sandwich at the Safeway grocery store and they put their tapenade on it. Now she's hooked. Anyone have a simple but tasty recipe? I began looking through my cookbooks last night but couldn't find one I liked.

I'll see if I can find the one I used. More often than not I just toss a drained can of black olives and an equal amount of really good green olives (or whatever you prefer), garlic, capers, and anchovies into the food processor and chop. Then I just add some lemon juice and olive oil - oh and black pepper. I should make some soon - Bob loves it.
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!
