Ingredient weights per cup

I'm looking for a website that gives weight per cup of things. I've got to have a cup of sliced leeks and I don't know how to measure them. I'll let you know if I find one. If anyone already has one, please let me know.

1 l b. = 2 cups trimmed, copped; and 1 cup cooked

Try this or this. The first is a little more flexible, but it's good to check each, since they sometimes differ. When they do, I tend to trust the first one more, but may split the difference, depending upon the ingredient and how it's being used.

Yep. It depends upon the density of the ingredients. Certainly a pint of meringue, or the like, would not weigh a pound. LOL!
