You guys posted this recipe in a discussion on a Where's the Beef? Dinner review. It never seemed in that thread you picked and it seems that's the only place it is mentioned.
I had thought about making this tonight. Has anyone made it?

I may be changing this though. THE ONE THING I WANTED was your Butternut Squash Penne al Burro and I think the potato/spinach stuffing will be too much. I'm going to revisit the other and may just play with spinach and cheese....
I've got a question about the squash, but I'll put that in another post.

Only the Argentine one, Daphne, and that was great. I just posted the recipe in the chimichurri thread. (pork t-loin, I believe)
