Review of Grilled chicken Cesar salad

I made this from the new sandwich and salad book and it was good . The only change I would make next time is not use the full amount of buttermilk ad it made it too runny. I would say that a half a cup is plenty. But other than that it was good .

That does look good - remember a coule of years ago, Angela, I think, had us all grilling our lettuce? That was fun. I hope her life has turned around and she's happy now. Miss her.
