Anyone making anything special to get past the middle of the week? Holly is in town and I am off so she is going to stop at the store and pick up a nice pork loin, bacon and stuff to make a "fusion" of good old bacon wrapped medallions on a bed of oriental style noodles and vegetables...

Well, after last night's dinner, I'm going a little low key with Mushroom Pork Marsala with Buttery Noodles and peas. I'm also having a side of the Roasted Butternut Squash dish Jean posted a few days ago.
