Short beef ribs question

HI,
I have a question about the short beef ribs recipe from the last issue. I have 7 for dinner and I dont have big enough slow cooker to make it for all these people. I am planning to just make it in the oven. What tempreture would you set it on and for how long? I think the recipe says to set slow cooker at High for 3.5 hours or on low for 7.5 hours.

I would do them at 225 for 6-7 hours.

I cook mine - 350F. for ~2 1/2 hours. I also skim the fat every 30 minutes or so. Oh, one other thing, don't know if the recipe calls for this, but braised short ribs are so much better made the day before.
