Well not sure if any remember, but she's the one that sent me the cast iron skillet and the one I lost contact with for years.

I sent her a letter about a month ago...no response...till today!!!

She called me! Oh I wish I could tell you how good it was to hear her voice. We chit chatted for about 1/2 an hour. She hasn't been back to Calif but once since she moved to TX and that was for her grandmothers funeral. I told her that since Laura is gone if she wants to come back for a visit or vacation she has a place to stay. I hope she takes me up on it.

Oh just had to share that..I'm still grinning

I am so happy for you Sweetie. I lost track of some of my friends after I left the Navy. I finally tracked them down using the MSN White Pages and what a grand reunion we had.
Don't wait too long to tell someone you love them.
