Well I am off. Tonight I have a new client. Dinner will be for 3 couples.

Bruchetta and Stuff Mushrooms as app
Cesar Salad
Fettucini Alfredo with Filet Mignon Beef medallions and a Balsamic Reduction Sauce
Wilted Spinach with garlic

Dessert - Pound cake with homemade chocolate sauce, fresh berries and vanilla whipped cream.

I hope they're hungry

Oh my gosh I am home and dinner came out sooooo good!!! I am just tickled pink I gotta say..it is so much nicer cooking for a smaller party. Not one thing went wrong.

I wish I had had time to take pictures, but things were moving so fast. I had 2 picky eaters and every plate came back pretty much clean.

Oh what a good feeling.

Now Daphne convince William to come out this way and I'll make anything your heart desires

I'm with you, Denise, I love(d) the smaller dinner parties too. Your menu sounds just perfect.
