I'm anxious to hear about the Pineapple one!

NOTE TO LABS: WE KNOW THESE ARE NOT 'AUTHENIC' - BUT THEY SURE ARE GOOD, SO GO BACK TO SLEEP!!!

this is the one I normally have when Roy's having a 'grown up' one.

* Exported from MasterCook *

Sour Apple Martini

1 oz vanilla flavored vodka
1 oz sour apple schnapps
1 splash sweet and sour mix

Shake with crushed ice. Strain into glass. Serve the sour apple martini in a cocktail glass. Garnish with apple slices. (If you have access to watermelon pickles - that is my garnish of choice. ) Roy is more traditional - gin martini w/three olives...

This one is great....

Key Lime Martini
Tommy Bahama, St. Armands Circle

2 oz. Stoly Vanilla
1 oz. Keke Beach (key lime cream liqueur)
1 1/2 oz. sour mix (or lime juice)
1 or 2 crushed graham crackers

Shake the liquid ingredients over ice until frothy. Meanwhile, dip the rim of a martini glass into the crushed graham crackers. Strain the martini into the glass and garnish with key lime.

LOL, Rox, in that case (a body guard) I won't risk that someone might have tampered with the liquor all those years ago. And, you should be careful too......sheesh a body guard

And, Oh yeah Trixee, that does sound great, better than dessert even!

Never had the Sour Apple Martini. Would it go good with Apple Crisp?
