My father-in-law got this for me from a VFW buddy that didn't use it anymore. Now I'm really excited about making sausage!

OMG!!!!! You are going to have so much fun. Joan and I did brats and chorizo 2 weeks ago. Bob smoked half of our chorizo and the brats she gave us - yummmmmmmmmm. We just had her big ol' KA to use.

Gracious! What fun! I need to talk to Mom. I'm sure there's an old one around that they used to use on the farm.

I'm going to make that kielbasi recipe that Jean posted the other day, but it will have to wait until next week now, as I'm helping my daughter get ready for the new grandboy's christening party on Sunday. Also, we're due to get cold weather again, so I won't want to be running the smoker if it's too cold out.
