Fun New Cookbooks
#8
  Re: (...)
I just checked out two new cookbooks (well new to me) from the Library.

The first is new:
EatingWell In Season: The Farmers Market Cookbook
by Jessie Price and the editors of EatingWell

And
From Bangkok to Bali in 30 Minutes:
175 fast and easy recipes with the Lush, Tropical flavors of Southeast Asia.
By Theresa Volpe Laursen and Byron Laursen

I am constantly at the Library getting books for my kids and hubby and all I ever seem to check out is cookbooks! I wish I could buy them all.

Erin, this is ALL your fault! I went to see what the EatingWell book was all about and Amazon kindly pulled up these three books just for me: Seven Fires: Grilling the Argentine Way, Tacos, Pintxos: Small Plates in the Basque Tradition(actually, I have Jean to thank for this last one!)

Anybody seen these?

Jean, both books (that you don't have) have a "Look Inside" capability. Check out the index....YUM!

Don't you just love the library, Erin? I go every week and always come home with several books, mostly cookbooks. It's a great way to see if it might be one you want to buy.
The books you brought home today sound very interesting. Can't wait to hear what kind of asian food you make.

My library doesn't have the first one, but they did have the Bangkok to Bali one - so checked it out. Erin, have you had a chance to look thru this one and did you like it?

The local library is only a two minute walk for me. I'm thinking it's time I joined.
Practice safe lunch. Use a condiment.
